What if there are missing items in my order?

To ensure fast delivery, we ship our products from different warehouses depending on your order. Therefore, if your order includes items from two different warehouses, they will be shipped separately, resulting in separate deliveries. Missing items will most likely arrive shortly.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We are sorry to hear this. Please simply send us a photo of the damaged item to the " " email address and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

What if I still haven't received my order?

We apologize for this possible delay. In some cases, international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures. Is it possible to modify or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to modify or cancel it, as it will be in preparation.

  3. Store it carefully: When you're not wearing your jewelry, store it in a safe, dry place to avoid scratches and damage. Use jewelry boxes or storage pouches to protect them from dust and moisture.

  4. Clean them gently: Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to gently clean your jewelry and clothing. Avoid aggressive cleaning products that could damage the materials or the stones.

  5. Recharge Energy: If you use specific crystals or symbols in your jewelry or spiritual garments, you can recharge them by placing them in sunlight or moonlight, or by placing them on a quartz cluster or in a bowl of salt for a few hours.
